Rubber Romance meets easel

I've been seeing all these fabulous easel cards everywhere, so I decided to give it a try. It was super simple. When I saw the new image and sentiment Robin from Rubber Romance sent to me, I thought it would be perfect for this type of card. Love how it worked out. Don't you think Hyacinth looks so pretty doing her gardening? Yep, she's fully made up, too. Can't have a diva without her face "on".

Here is a peek at the bottom part of the easel. I just love this quote, also from Rubber Romance. So inspiring I think. I'm sending this to my aunt who is an avid gardener. She inherited her green thumb from my pop pop. I don't have a green thumb myself!

Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you are having a lovely week.

I was able to make this card for a number of challenges this week. My wonderful SBS29 sisters all love to participate in lots of challenges, they gave me some tips for keeping track of what is out there! Thanks friends!

Hi Kathy, came your way via the Feedjit site - and I saw you were a Jersey girl. I live in WI now but originally from Rahway and spent the summers at the Jersey shore. Can't take the Jersey out of us girls! I too love to stamp and admire all of you girls who do that and home school. Bravo! Thought you might find my early literacy blog of interest to you being that you have little ones. Stop over at www.togethertime4families.com Thanks - keep up the good work, Mom
