Tuesday Morning Sketches #111

It's Tuesday! That means it's time for another Tuesday Morning Sketches challenge. I created the sketch this week, it has lots of layers, but isn't too hard (at least I don't think so). Hope you will give it a try and play along. My image is from Whimsy and Stars, called Halloween Girl. Isn't she the cutest witch?

This is the judged monthly challenge, so there is an additional challenge with the sketch. This month it is to decorate the inside of the card, too. Play along for a chance to win a prize from Whimsie Doodles or a top five honor.

Here is a peek at the inside, I used the same layers as on the bottom front, just without a bow, so it would lie flat.
