Sweet on Tilda

This was the Wednesday sketch challenge on SCS, SC241. Well I said I would try to get to it yesterday, but as you can see it is Thursday night and I'm just posting it now! Oh well, that's how it goes.

This was a really fun and easy sketch to work with. I love Magnolia stamps, and wanted to use this cute Tilda with her popsicle. She is from their summer stamp kit, and I hate to say it, but this is the first time I've used her. I just preordered the fall kit, so I thought I'd better try to use all the summer ones at least once before my fall kit comes. I colored the popsicle to look like one of those chocolate covered vanilla ice cream pops, my mom used to love them. It is coated with crystal effects, so it looks really shiny.

Thanks for stopping by today. So glad tomorrow is Friday already!

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Magnolia image and sentiment
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Paper: PTI ssw, Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, So Saffron, SU patterned paper
Embellishments: nesties, crystal effects, copics, SU ribbon, dimensionals

Summery and cute! I've never ordered any of the kits, this was a great one. I pre-ordered the bike and strawberry Tilda, icecream cone and pier scene, can't wait until those get here!
