I made this one especially for my chemo angel buddy who is graduating from the program. She has finished her chemo therapy. I truly am so happy for her!

Little Miss Muffet Challenge

Sami Stamps Release

TGIF! Yelling that out loud this week! So happy the weekend is coming up here. 

Some excitement to share, I'm joining the Sami Stamps DT. I love Sami's images and the fun, sweet,  and whimsical feel to them. 

Today is release day and they have some super cute new Halloween digi stamps available both in the store and in the etsy shop. And the current challenge is to use orange, pretty easy one with the new fab Halloween designs!

I would imagine we all know someone who has had or has breast cancer. My mother in law is a breast cancer survivor. But a dear friend of mine Chelle lost her battle a few years back, so any pink cards I make are in her honor. She was sweet, funny, generous and spirited and fought a good battle.

Here is my project, using Birdbrain Balloon, isn't this image so funny? Love these little birds! I've kept this one very clean and simple. I've used the paper tole technique to layer the balloon and eyes. It really gives great dimension. It was one of the Hope You Can Cling to Challenges at SCS yesterday and a technique I had never really tried,  I've paper pieced, but here you sort of round off the layers with an embossing tool. I really like how it made the eyes look. 

For my layout I've used Freshly Made Sketches sketch #156. Love this sketch and I'm sure I'll use it again.
