Whimsy and Stars

This adorable image is a new one from Whimsy and Stars. Every so often Mabelle gives away a freebie to her Whimsy and Stars facebook group. If you are a member of facebook, you should join! There are always great cards posted on the wall for inspiration, too. While the image is no longer available free, it is now in the Etsy store, Ornament Angel.

Phindy's Friday Challenge

TGIF!  Welcome to another Phindy's Friday challenge. We are doing things a bit differently the first week of each month. Our challenge is anything goes, makes it super simple to play along. BUT, you must use a Phindy's Place image this week. Not hard to do, when there is a huge selection of images in the store to suit every taste!

I've used an image called Delivery Man. He is from the Christmas/Winter Cuties collection of the Phindy's Place store. I think he is too funny sneaking a cookie from the package. I could see one of my little guys doing this.

Dare to be Sassy Thursday

Our challenge at Dare to be Sassy Thursday this week is all about the falling leaves. This is my very favorite time of the year, I love the change of seasons, and I'm lucky enough to live where the color change is really spectacular to see each fall.

This image is called Fall Fun, by SSD. I've used the Sweet Sketch Wednesday sketch#126, just rotated it so the ribbon/embellie part is along the side.

Cotton Candy

Just a quick post today, my dh is still recovering from his surgery and I'm just spinning my wheels trying to keep up with everything.

I managed to get Tracy's Eat Sleep Stamp sketch done again this week, wahoo! I love her Sketchy Thursday sketches and try to do them when I can.

Off to try and clean up a bit, today is Liam's 6th birthday and we've got a mess of wrapping paper and frosting in the kitchen. He had a blast, so that is all that matters. Every present was "exactly what I've always wanted!" Too cute!

D2D Saturday Designer's Challenge

A day late for the designer's challenge at D2D. We had wet and heavy snow yesterday and it knocked out our power. What a messy Saturday! On to the challenge, this week it's pumpkins. Faith has lots of pumpkin images in her store that would work well for the challenge. While it isn't required to use a D2D image, it's fun to see them! The image here is called Autumn Harvest.
