Daisy Doodles Blog Hop!

Welcome to Daisy Doodles big celebration blog hop. There is plenty to celebrate today. Jules the owner/creator is celebrating her wedding anniversary and Daisy's Digi Doodles shop has been open exactly one year today. The image I used for my card is called Bloomin' Potty. I used the Eat, Sleep, Stamp Sketchy Thursday #133 for the layout here. I printed the image three times and cut and layered the flowers for dimension.

Here is a close up to see the dimension on these blooms, I colored them to look like one of my fave flowers gerbera daisies. A touch of stickles in the centers and some crystal effects on the leafs.

For my card I chose Rainy Day Freddy, he is just so cute! I had fun coloring him and adding lots of wet touches with stickles, crystal effects and rain dots. His rain coat and boots are paper pieced and then covered with crystal effects. The boots look like little wellies. The sketch for my card is from the Midnight Madness sketch challenge this week (MMSC56).

Balancing Act

It's me again, can you believe it? Today is the deadline to post my card for the Designed2Delight weekly progressive challenge, so here it is. I'm also entering it in the Daisy Doodles challenge this week "anything goes", as long as you use a digi.

Should have warned you to get out your shades for this one, it's bright. Sending it to a friend who needs a lift, so I wanted bright and cheerful. Even glittered up the birds for fun! Found the sentiment from PTI that was a perfect complement for this image.

A Sweet Day

This darling image is a freebie from Designed2Delight to their Papercraftplanet members. So join the group and you can get this digi image, too. I thought it paired up perfectly with this Amuse sentiment. This is probably my favorite kind of cupcake, chocolate with mounds of white butter cream frosting. This one is extra sweet because it's calorie free, gotta love that!
