Monday means a new sketch at FTHS #148. This week the challenge is to add washi tape, used the sketch or both. I've used both.

My image is called Brat Cupcake Cart.  I love this image, it's so cute. My upcycle is using the last lone candle from a box of them as a card embellishment. I almost tossed it, but I'm glad I didn't.
