Scoops of Love
One more quick post tonight. I made a second card for the Phindy's Place challenge #36 (Give Thanks with Scraps). The thank you is the small silver charm on the bow, it says 'thank you' on it. I'm mailing this off to a friend who sent me some fun crafting items in the mail today. And the scraps are the Basic Grey Bittersweet papers. I cut into it last week and am using all of the scraps up, it's so pretty I don't want to waste any of it!
This image is one of the recently released Phindy's images called Scoops of Love. Now that is my kind of an ice cream cone! Her shoes and hair accessories are stickled up and there is crystal effects on the ice cream.
I used the JUGS sketch #65 for the layout of this one. It was a fun and easy sketch to use this week.
Thanks for stopping by today!

Rain, Rain Go Away!!
Well, it is rainy here again. I think this will mean a really green spring when everything starts to bloom. I broke out my new Pure Innocence set from MFT, perfect for a rainy day. I think this little girl is the cutest. I used this SFYTT from March 13th as my sketch. I also made this for the following challenges this week: Paper Sundaes 10th challenge, paper piecing, and JUGS challenge #25, (colors of light brown, light blue, light green, light yellow). I love these soft springy colors, but don't use them too often. I usually go for brights, but this was a fun change.
Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are having a wonderful week.

Think Pink in October
October is breast cancer awareness month. So I figured it was the perfect time to ink up Causeabella. I love this stamp, she can be used for just about any cause by changing the color of the ribbon. She is just so much fun to color, too.I used two different challenges for this card. The first one was Mercy's Tuesday sketch challenge (MTSC43). Once again, she had another amazing sketch to use! I also just found the JUGS blog. That stands for Just Us Girls. Their challenge this week was to paper piece (JUGS2). I love paper piecing, so I pieced this Bella's dress. They also asked us to use pink this week. I love all these challenge blogs, they really give me great inspiration.
Off to a doctor's appointment this morning. Hopefully things will look good. Only eleven days to go. I probably should be freaking out a bit, but I'm not yet. Thanks for stopping by today!
