Dare to be Sassy Thursday

Our weekly Dare to be Sassy Thursday challenge over at SSD this week is to decorate the inside as well as the outside. You don't need to use a Sassy Studio image to play along, but you will get two entries if you do! For my card I used one of the newer images Japan Honey, she's just so pretty!

Here is a peek at the inside:

My sketch comes from Sketches by Carly #63. Another fabulous sketch by Carly, if you aren't familiar with her blog, go and check out her sketches, she is one talented young lady!

I would also like to enter the Wild Orchid Crafts  summer flowers challenge #57. Roses are my absolute favorite summer flower!

Ink: printer
Paper: Copic xpress, SEI prints, PTI Dark Chocolate, PTI Berry Sorbet
Extras: copics, stickles, nesties, Kaiser pearls, Cherry Lynn corner die, MS butterfly border punch, WOC roses, cherry blossoms and aster dasisies

Sassy Studio Release day blog hop

It's the second half of our Sassy Studio It's a Small World release blog hop. If you've arrived here from Starla's blog you are in the right spot. If you just happened upon my blog, head over to the SSD blog for all of the details, there are lots of chances to win prizes this month!

Six international Honey's are being released. I have the pleasure of showing you China today. She's just gorgeous (all of them are!). She was fun to color and pair with this perfect Basic Grey paper (knew I bought it for a good reason).

We are also having a birthday them for this blog hop in honor of our leader and artist behind Sassy Studio Designs, Lindsay! Happy Birthday, wishing you all of the best on your special day and the whole year through! Thanks for the opportunity to work with your amazing images!

Now before you head over to the next stop, the very talented Rachelle, you need to collect 2 letters from me. They are D and E. Thanks for hopping with us today!

I'm playing along with the challenge at Sketches by Carly challenge 62, the challenge is to pick any of her sketches and use it this time. Hard choice, she has great sketches, I picked #35! Carly is a fabulously talented young lady, who makes great sketches!

Sentimental Sundays

Here is my weekly post for Sentimental Sundays. This week our challenge theme is Pocket Full of Posies, simply use some flowers on your card or project.  And as always make sure you include a SENTIMENT!

And our sponsor this week is the Digi Doodle Shop, they have some adorable images. They very graciously allowed us to select an image. I picked this sweet Mare and Foal. Hope you will play along for a chance to win a prize from them.

Thanks so much for dropping by today. Make sure and pop over to the Sentimental Sundays blog and check out all the fun creations from the DT.

For my layout I've use the the new sketch from Sketches by Carly #57, another fabulous sketch from Carly! I've substituted the fence for the baner along the bottom of the image. If you haven't checked out Carly's sketches yet, run over there, she's a talented young lady!

Designed2Delight

I've got a sweet little card to share made with one of the recently released images from Designed2Delight called Dottie and Friends. I think I went a bit crazy with colors here, but I pulled them all from the polka dotted background paper. I figure it will be a bright and fun birthday card for a little girl. By the way, if you like all Faith's cute images, there is a DT call going on right now. It's a great group of ladies and Faith is wonderful to work with, so if you are interested, give it a go.

I've used the sketch #54 from Sketches by Carly for my layout. She is one creative girl, always like her sketches!

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are having a wonderful week!
