Autumn Leaves

Well, it is feeling like fall here, finally. Such nice cool weather. I was scrambling a little this morning to find warmer clothes for the kids. But think I got things sorted out now. I love to open the windows and enjoy the cool air!

I used the Inspired Crafters (ICC9) sketch for this challenge. It was such a fun and easy sketch to use. I did have to move my sentiment down a bit, it didn't fit on the larger panel after my leaves went on. This was a fun change for me to do some two step stamping. It's been a while since I did that. The gold embossed leaf veins look even better in real life. Now I'm off to make five more of these for a Papertreyink card swap I'm participating in.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are getting a bit of fall weather wherever you are, too.

Card Recipe:
Stamps: PTI Leaf Prints and Mailbox Greetings
Ink: Choc. Chip, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive, gold
Paper: SU Kraft, Old Olive, PTI Dark Choc., patterned paper from DCWV
Embellishments: corner punch, recollections mini brads, gold embossing powder, heat tool, dimensionals, SU border punch, nesties label die

My PTI swap cards

Hello! It's a beautiful day here today. Almost warn enough for shorts! I'm posting pics of my three cards for a PTI swap, hosted by my SCS friend Monkeymama (Angela). These are postal today! I don't use my PTI stamps enough, so this was a push for me to get them inky. I'll have to make a point to use them more often.

This first one uses Quilters Sampler stamp set. And is based on this Tuesday Morning Sketches sketch #29.

The second one uses PTI Asian Fusion set. It's hard to see, but the flower centers have liquid pearls on them. I love this set, the cherry blossoms are on of my favorite flowers, and it coordinates so well with the cuttlebug cherry blossom embossing folder.

This third one is based on another Tuesday Morning Sketch #30 and uses A Day at the Beach stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are having a wonderful week.

I'm not posting all the specific details for each card, but if you want to know about something specific, just ask and I'll get back to you.
