Sentimental Sundays #84

Thanks to everyone who hopped along with us for the Sentimental Sundays New Years blog hop! It was a fun way to ring in the New Year! I really appreciated all the comments, I'll post the winner of the blog candy later today.

Here is my second post for Sentimental Sundays this year. This week our challenge theme is blue, glitter and or snow (you can use one, two or all three).

And Bugaboo is the sponsor. They very graciously allowed us to pick an image. I chose this really fun Stella image. Isn't she a hoot???!! Love the sentiment with her too, that's me in the morning.

I've used blue and glitter on my card. Did you notice Stella's hair is a bit blue? She's got a blue rinse. I had an aunt who used to get a blue or pink rinse on her grey hair! I thought of her as I added just a hint of blue to her do.

Thanks so much for dropping by today. Make sure and pop over to the Sentimental Sundays blog and check out all the fun creations from the DT.

  10. I LOVE this card!! I love your design work and of course the image and the colors. Now, I will tell you Miss Kathy what is REALLY good with coffee. A touch of Harvey's Bristal Cream Chocolate with a hint of mint I probably misspelled that but I am too busy enjoying my coffee to care. This is one great card!
Being an old woman, I am fond of them!

  17. Love this...that Stella is a hoot and your card rocks!

(The blue rinse is called "True Steel". I used to be a hair stylist; my Grandma used "Chocolate Kiss", but sometimes I would get wild with her and use "Vintage Wine" which was a bit purplish....)
