I've got a little bear card today, using Summer Days from Designed2Delight. Love the look on his face, super cute. I saw the sketch on SCS last week and immediately thought of clouds for the round elements, so I went with it.

I printed him off twice and popped up his head for a bit of dimension.

Happy Thursday! I've got a cute Whimsy and Stars card to share today. I love this image called Superboy. My kiddos are crazy about it, too. They are sure it is supposed to be Captain Underpants, lol! Better color him with a red cape next time.

I used the Card Patterns sketch #116 for this card.

If you love the Whimsy and Stars digis that Mabelle RO creates as much as I do, you should check out the DT call going on right now. Mabelle is looking for 5 new designers to work with these fun images.

Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop

Hi and welcome to the third Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long blog hop for 2011. The ladies from the Magnolia-licious Yahoo group have a hop on the 25th of every month.  By December, you have a good selection of Magnolia cards ready to send. I participated in most of the months last year and really enjoyed it.

You can find the order of the hop on the Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long Blog. And Magnolia-licous on line always has the best selection of Magnolia stamps, if you see something you need while hopping. This one is called Tilda with Wreath, I see that only the mini version of this one is in stock right now, but I'm sure Diana could get it for you if you wanted it.

If you arrived here from Cordine's blog you are in the right place. When you are through here  hop on over to Monique's blog and see what she has crafted up for this month. Thanks for hopping along with us, hope you will join us on the 25th of May!

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you are having a wonderful week.

I've used the sketch from Sketch N Stash #75. The stamp is a new one I haven't used before and the paper is from my hoarded stash.

Tuesday Morning Sketches #95

Happy Tuesday! That means it's time for a new sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches. Melissa has a really fun sketch again this week, hope you will check out the DT samples and then join us for a chance to win a prize.

Our sponsor this week is Digital Delights, and I love this cute seahorse image they graciously provided me to work with. I used some fabulous fish paper that came from my blogging buddy and TMS DT member Angela from a secret sis swap. I was so lucky to have this, it worked perfectly with the image.

I have no idea what color real seahorses are, so I drew inspiration from this fun paper. I've printed off the image twice and popped up the head for some dimension.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you will join the challenge at Tuesday Morning Sketches this week!

Mostly White Challenge

The weekend is here! Today the Saturday's Design Team challenge over at D2D is mostly white. I love white cards! SO easy since you don't have to worry about matching colors, patterned paper and cardstock. The fun part is adding lots of texture and interest.

For my card I used May Flowers. I've had this image forever and LOVE it. Such a lovely and timeless image. I find it perfect for almost any occasion (birthday, thinking of you, thank you, even sympathy). I printed it twice and cut out and popped up the flowers for some dimension.

Hope you will pop over to the Designed2Delight blog and check out the DT creations, there are some amazing samples. Play along with us this week for a chance to win a D2D image.
